Default Sway Bars

Hey guys, i would like to make my IS300 handle better, but am not sure what mods I want. Hotchkis Sway bars are supposed to be the best, and are about the same price as front and rear Strut bars. Not sure what i want to do. Thanks

Thanks rominl, I read on is300.net that they were the best. Some drivers may have their own preference though. How much did you pay for yours? Also if i get sways, is it necessary that I buy strut bars and/or springs to prevent damage to my car body such as stressing?

well honestly i won't really trust what people say 100%. i mean, how do they know, right? did they test all the sway bars out there for the is3? and if so, how did they score? track time? buttometer? noise? and i think everyone has different needs so it's ultimately your call. the daizen sways i have are 499, you can get them from tmengineering.net. good stuff for my usage, i can't ask for better. handling of the car is greatly improved and the ride is just as comfortable

you don't have to do strut bar and springs/shocks if you don't want to, there is no real need for that. i got coilovers as well though

Thanks rominl, you are truly a Lexus God with over 7500 posts. Why did you buy coilovers though?

haha no, that only means i post a lot

why i have coilovers? coz from all my experience and other people's, no springs/shocks can perform as good as coilover. coilovers are springs/shocks engineered together, and i can adjust both teh height of the car and also the stiffness, for a little bit more money than springs/shocks.
