ok sorry found the answer. Turn full clockwise to reset at full stiff then go back no more than 16 to get softer

Oh man...no wonder lol. I thought I had it at the stiffest setting until I read this! The way I set it before was according to the old manaul....counterclockwise all the way then clockwise 16 clicks
Gonna go for a little test drive in a bit to see how much difference this makes.

BTW: Yes, I have the old manual! I'll scan it if I can find it

EDIT: I just cranked it all the way to the right and I LOVE how it rides. TRD Sways + Tein Flex @ full stiff = no body roll. Holy freakin cow I love it!

Good thing the roads here in Texas are pretty much flat and mostly pothole free
I'm sure some of you guys in other states with lesser roads would not feel so happy with a TRD + Flex full stiff setup...heh
