Default labor quote for changing front control arms

I just got back from the shop that is going to install my new upper & lower front control arms.

They quoted 3.8 hours for the upper front control arms PER SIDE! They also quoted 3.1 hours for the lower front control arms PER SIDE. I'm looking at 14 hours of labor just to change out the control arms.

So I decided to forget about the upper control arms for now and just go with the lower control arms, since that seems to be the part with the bushing that wears out quicker.

Anyone else out there have their control arms installed? How much did you pay for both arms?

Thanks,
-Brian.
