sc300 steering wheel shakes/jerks
Sometimes when I'm out driving, my steering wheel will start to jerk to the right once in a while...anybody knows what's wrong? It is the tires? or the alignment?

Constantly?
If so it's probably the tires or the shocks.
These are the most common for that symptom.

tpham are you sure you didn't run into a groove in the road? this car has a lot of tramlining.. the steering wheel goes with the curves in the road, especially with wider tires.
