Let's see.

Power Stop (cross drilled or slotted; slotted more expensive)
SP Performance (cross drilled AND slotted or slotted alone)
iRotors (cross drilled)

This was a brief run through of Google results.

PowerStop doesn't have cross drilled front rotors for the TT Supra, only slotted. I checked irotors.com's website. They don't list an application for the 93 and up Supra.

I havent checked w/ SP Performance. I hope they have it. Thanks, lexlyf!

You may be confusing them w/ Power "Slot." Power "Stop" according to the Ebay auction I saw, does have a crossed drilled option for the application you seek.

Check it out.

iRotors does carry Supra TT rotors. I noticed that they weren't listed as well, so I emailed them. I don't recall the price. I ended up going with Stoptech rotors. They are available in both slotted or cross-drilled. Also, Stillen has a new cross-drilled front rotor for the Supra TT.

Default MkIV rotors

Take a look at www.tirerack.com and www.brakewarehouse.com, both are solid sorces for a variety of rotor and friction choices.

I ordered Brembo slotted fronts because they were the oly ones TIRERACK would stand behind after autocrossing with them. Installing next week.
