Brake Pin Shim Question?
I had a shop throw on some new rear pads for me a month or two ago and I started noticing a clunking sound from one of the rear sides, the pad is bouncing around against the rear rotor over bumps and stuff, is there some kind of shim that goes in between the pin and the slots on the brake pad, because there is play between the pin and the holes that the pin slides through on the rear pad, I haven't had a chance to look at the other side to see if there is a shim that this guy forgot to put back or somethin, if there is do I have to get it from the dealer.

I had the same problem. The problem your having isnt from a shim but rather a clip that keeps the pads from hitting the rotor. The dealer has these parts for about $30, should be in stock.
