LS 4-piston Brake setup for my SC4
#140
darn that was what I was fearing. Say, no ones been able to find a way to get the lexus logo on ths Supra TT wheels have they? I'm really in search of the most sleeper look possible and that means lexus branded wheels.
also, has anyone exprienced brake bias issues? the Ls400 calipers surely have much more braking hp than the stock sc fronts and yet no one replaces the rears.

the
Most of the braking is done from the fronts, that's why everyone changes those first...rear brakes are a nice touch...
You'll feel a difference with just the fronts changed alone, don't forget to change to SS lines as well...

Where did everyone get their shim kits? I bought brake pads (assuming they'd come w\ the shim kit [as they frequently do]), but they didn't provide any shims or spacers. Does anyone know where to get them separately? Thanks.

Becareful when spacing out your front rims to clear four piston calipers, your suspension and steering feel can get screwed up easily if your rims are not deep...I know because I tried and failed with this setup on my SC400....These are Supra tt four piston calipers, Supra rotors, spacers, adaptors, that I have collecting dust until I get different rims or deeper altered rims....
