Default L-tuned shock replacement

Hi guys, long time no post... Nice to see most of the expertise is still here. I have the L-Tuned suspension components, installed by Hennessy Lexus per Lexus specs about 15 months ago. I now have a shock (right rear) gone bad, and need to do something soon. It seems to be a rebound failure, as the thud comes when the wheel drops into a pothole or depression, but not on a bump. I "bounced" the corners and the right rear does a double rebound where the other corners come up and stop. Should I expect this to be covered under the new car warranty? Does anyone know who might have L-Tuned shocks for immediate shipment? I am going to the local Lexus dealer in the next day or two, but I have no confidence that they will be helpful. I am certain they won't have L-tuned parts. I can likely get it replaced at Hennessy, but that's two hours away. Any suggestions?

I think L-Tuned parts only have 12 months warranty.
