finished painting and intalled.
note that i used the stock rotors for now as i the cross-drilled rotors i ordered will be delayed.
i had to change my brakes anyways cuz it was almost metal to metal....

on this project, i re-used the sc caliper bolts as stated by aliga but you have to use washers cus
thy were a bit longer compared to ls400 caliper bolts. on my case, i only used 1 washer per bolt, so
all in all i used 4. the bolts were still long after i installed the washers but it wasn't touching the rotors
at all, though. i was satisfied with it.

i got pretty scared when i installed my wheels cuz the LS400 calipers and the spokes were about
centimeters away from touching. i made sure of course that it wont and the rotors were spinning freely
without any problem.

here's the last pic....

when i drove the car, i felt better response of braking even with stock rotors! wow........
i can just imagine when i get the cross-drilled ones ......hehhee.

this is a good upgrade for sc owners.....i wanted the tt supra upgrade but it costs too much.
i want to thank aliga for giving me the oppurtunity of owning these calipers........

Hey, what are the specs on your wheels? I did the LS400 caliper upgrade and then bought new HP HPR5's, 18x8 w/38mm offset all around and they didn't clear the calipers so I had to (GULP) revert back to stock. Great job on your upgrade! Nice wheels too.

Wink

tks guys for the good words...

jeremy: i think the offset of my wheels were 37 up front....not sure about the rear cuz
thy're diff size. the calipers barely cleared my wheels........maybe about 5 centimeters or less...
pretty scary but drove the car with no problems.
