Woah! My mistake guys!!!!!

DSR caliper is lighter than STOPTECH, not Ap Racing, and even that it's only by 0.2lbs! I take that back Rominl and RMM, seriously, my mistake!

That's kewl. I'm doing a big brake comparison / article in the near future, so the info above will be a good reference.

And for the record, the AP 6 pots weigh 7.5 lbs w/o pads.

haha it's cool man. but i am still impressed at the weight of the ls430 calipers. they are very light indeed!

Yes, one of the perks of making a caliper straight out of a solid block of aluminium! I could literally lift it with 1 finger.

I would go silver, or do what I did. Black and silver on the calipers. Can't go wrong with that, and you don't see them like this too often.

My car is blue and I was going to try and match my brakes but changed my mind. Bright colored brakes are for riced out Civics and Corollas IMO.

I went with silver cause it makes your brakes look clean and brand new all the time......
