TAROX is an Italian company and develops a lot of brake products, incl. calipers, rotors, and pads.
They have 4-, 6-, 10, and 12-pots (from memory) calipers, but the pistons of these are sometimes very small.
They have brakekits for a lot of cars (however, none for the Lexus), incl. Ferrari, Maserati, Mini.
In overall, they are a good company, but due of their small size, overseas support quality depends on the local distributor.

What i said before, I don't think that Tarox comes with a Lexus kit.
So if you want a Tarox kit, you probably need to get your own custom brackets.
Also, you need to source your own rotors.
I don't think the kit will be cheap, and it would make more sense to get the Stoptech or Rotora kit.
