Default Anyone try dropping on 19s with 34 offset?

34 offset in the front and 36 in the rear? i thought i had 40 all around but the shop i ordered the rims from gave me those offsets i mentioned earlier... now i don't know what to do, it is a very aggressive offset and i need to replace my suspension. i currently have tokico illuminas with eibach pro's waiting to go in the car. i don't think my car can do a 2 inch drop without fender issues. even as of now, the tire looks like it is about to pop out from underneath the fender wall. i still have to install my camber kit... what do you guys suggest i do

where did you order the rims from?
You might have to ask them to take them back if they ordered the wrong offsets.

If they do fit, you may HAVE to run negative camber when lowered so you won't rub.
An example of this can be seen on my Acura:

These are 19 x 7.5 +44 offset. I can actually raise the car up some now since that offset is more agreeable for that car (very finicky with offsets).

If this is a case of them ordering the wrong rims (and you ordered the right ones) take them back and make them get the right setup

Post pics so we can see

This will translate to replacing tires every three months or so

we can't tell if they will fit or not because you didn't give a width.

I had 18X8.5 and 18X9.5 with a 17mm offset all around. my car was slammed on JIC coilovers and i did rub everytime i hit a bump....and this was with crazy negative camber.

the width of my tires are 245/35/19 in the front and 275/30/19 in the rear. the rim width is 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear. i don't have any pics of how close the wheels are to the fender. here is the best pic i can find.

i have supra spec suspension w/ the fronts being 18x9 w/ 245/40/18 w/ +37 offset and dont rub at all...the rears are 18x10 w/ 275/30/18 w/ 44 offset and i just fit those. So i think the front will be fine the rears depending on the width and tire size might not be.

Your offset is perfect, don't change anything, and if you do, i'll take your wheels off you hadn and put them on my SC. Like I said, I have a 17mm offset on 9.5s and 8.5s and it was a very aggressive stance which i loved, just not practical. My next set up will be a 9.5 and 8.5 with a 22 mm offset and nothing higher.

I would like to see these wheels on your car. Post pics. That must be very negative camber indeed.

Looks like you will be ok mrshabo...you may have to just roll your fenders a little

Staggered 19"
Front Wheel - 19x8.5 (+38 to +45) or 19x9 (+42)
Front Tire - 245/40-19

Rear Wheel - 19x10 (+42 to +47)
Rear Tire - 275/35-19

In general:

19x8.5, +38 to +45 [front]
19x9.5, +38 to +45 [rear]

On the rear, you can also do a 19" x 10" or 20" x 10" with a +42 offset. I haven't pushed the limits on a 10" wide setup but I know a +42 will work and depending on the tire, you can probably push it out a little more (like +40). Also, depending on the wheel design, you can go down to +47 if need be.

On the front, you can also do a 19" x 9" or 20" x 9". Again, +42 or so should be good....I wouldn't go much deeper than that...you'll start getting too close to the suspension upright...
