I have them and have had them for about 10k miles, they are fantastic and well worth the money. Very comfortable when soft, and offer great handling when tightened up.

Worth every penny

(I dont have the edfc though...)

I love them, but I keep getting clunking noises from them when driving slowly over slightly uneven roads. I have not been able to resolve this yet. I am still unsure what causes this noise, but, I suspect upper control arm bushings, or sway bar bushings. Besides that, I am quite happy with them.

I was thinking the same thing...I was looking into the FLEX series as well, but I'm really looking into spending the money for HKS hipermax...If not, maybe JIC FLT-A2s...Does anyone have these JICs? Are they too stiff?...

Good luck on the FLEX's though.

Pull a search- TONS of info on the FLT-A2's, and the Hipermax, and the Tein Flex, and etc...

I really do not believe the Flex are making the noise, I believe it is either control arm bushes, or sway-bar endlinks. These will all be replaced soon, and then I can reassess the noise at that time- Hopefully, there will be no noise

How is the ride compared to stock. I have been considering lowering my car but I do not want to compromise the smooth ride.

I don't think the SS comes with pillow mounts...and is not compatible with EDFC...FLEX is a better version of the SS i think...

our cars don't come with stock pillowball mounts...You need those to adjust camber level...you can purchase them from TEIN or machiii.net...

how do you adjust the rear 2 coilovers (height/stiffness). What do you have to rip out?

What do you have to rip out?
Takes 2 seconds to rip off the carpet piece in your trunk (held on by clips) to access the damping adjustments..
