Default Tires Rubbing

Got my rims a week ago and had absolutely no rubbing and now when I reverse and turn the wheel i get rubbing. Is this normal? Does it get any worse when I lower it?

Normal to have rubbing on reverse only in some setups - I don't know why. It may get better if you lower it with the right components. When I went to coilovers from L-Tuned spring/shocks, my car was much lower but I almost never have any rubbing at all.
