Another spring/shock question.

Another spring/shock question.
I just put 18" wheels on my wifes 2001 GS. I would like to lower the car 1" to 1 1/2" so that it looks better. What would be the best lowering springs to put on to keep the ride as much like stock as possible? Would the car ride smoother if the shocks were changed at the same time (car has 21,000 miles) or would just adding springs be OK? I have looked at Eibach, H & R, and L-Tuned parts. Please give me some help.
Thank You.
Thank You.

How much is the L-tuned suspension? What does it entail? And is the lowering height adjustable, or you get one height and that's it?
Sounds like you get a nice subtle drop and a firmer suspension with the L-tuned...but not overwrought fulltime firmness. Why don't more people opt for this, and more importantly, why don't more people rave about it?

Thanks for the input. Are you recommending the l-tuned shocks and springs, or just the springs? Are the i-tuned shocks much better than the stock GS shocks. Does anyone out there have the i-tuned suspension on their GS? If so, could you please give me a review of these products? Thank You.
