siaxazn-tein basics
I know that you have had a chance to try these out for a while now. I think you posted that you were going to wait for the springs to settle before lowering the car. Have they settled yet?Did they get any lower on their own as they settled? Has the ride changed much?
Thanks

the springs did settle and dropped about a half an inch or so more. but that doesnt really matter as the coilovers are height adjustable . They did get a bit stiffer since they settled in a bit im guessing because the lower you go the higher the spring rate. but they're still as soft as the stock shocks with a bit of stiffness for more of a sporty feel. I still beleive its the best $641 i've ever spent. But of course if your looking for something softer I think the tein cs would accomedate that better but of course you have to consider they're more than twice price.
I can definately say its a night and day difference between tokicos and eibachs or espillars. the ride with those are much stiffer and harsh from my experiences and you dont get height adjustability. So I say the basics are the best bang for the buck Probably $100-200 more than the cheapest shock/spring combo.

I got mine(the basics)
for $658.00 total and had no problem getting them delivered to my door.
The front lower arms are on the way from Carson and the sway bars from TM should also be here soon.
Anyone have any idea of how much labor will cost to have all this stuff installed?

Lower control arms will probably run you around $350...
Sways, my guess is $150-$200..

One Hot SC400 those prices sound about right.I have called a couple of places and they tell me right around $1,000. to do it all. Seems kinda high to me since I thought the control arms and coils are right there together.I could see paying those prices if I were having the parts put on seperately but all at one time seems a little much.

Mike the only time I hear anything from the rear is when it's cold outside going over a bump. Kind of like a creak of a spring. I am wondering if the sways and coils will take care of it.But with 110k I assume that the upper bushes are worn.

i dont recall the exactly how many inches it can be drooped. but i only put the setings on the coilover to half way down and there is less than a pinky gap between the fenders now. So it can definately go twice as low. But i dont see why anyone would slam the car to fhe floor and make it undriveable.
