If i'm not mistaken the Supra TT stopped from 70mph in 149 feet. The porsche carrera GT just supased the supra with ceramic brakes, stopping in 146 feet.
I agree the Ls calipers is the cost effective way to go. But there not as pimp as TT brakes.
I was trying to find piston and pad sizes as well to get the actual force between the two, but no luck. Theres dozens of the Hilux calipers in the junk yards but im not going to spend 75 to satisfy my curiosity.
Sorry, Hilux is a 4Runner by a different name. Starting with the ln106(i think) chassis they were using the four piston calipers that are found on the LS400 in 1995. This was back in 1989
