After sway bar install, rear suspension popping will NOT go away

Lexus Test Driver
Mine came loose not too long ago and I had to order a new link from Steve for 55 dollars becuase the bolt got stripped. I bought some LocTite for ab out 5 dollars (blue stuff) and so far so good.
