Sounds like a very reasonable price.

DIY! save the money for other mods! Oriley's auto parts loans spring compessors for no charge (deposit refund on return) You can do this all except the Align (cost you about $60).

Hummmm? What coud I get for $490?

I wish I had the time to do it myself. Back in the day I would but nowa days it's hard to cut out that much time. I don't like paying for something I could do myself but whatya gonna do.

i suppose 550 is reasonable. But not exactly a deal. my mechanic would probably do it for me for 300 or less. you can probably do it yourself in a day. I'd save myself the money its not all that difficult a task basically just removing some bolts. the sway bars may be a ***** though since the endlinks are probably rusted to hell and need to be torched off.

Default I had the work done today

There's a big difference in the way the car handles now.Way more precise now.You can feel the bumps in the roads a little more but really not that much more.Just a good firm handling control.

I don't know what part made the biggest difference but if I had to guess I would say the Daizen sway bars. I can tell you that these sways are way better than stock IMO. No more floaty feeling just nice firm control now. No noises or anything.

I had it lowered only 1 inch with the tein basics and they seem to perform very well. Not hard at all like I was 1/2way expecting. The shop guy doing the work said that he wanted some for his beamer after I told him the price I had paid.Anyway, at only an inch lower they had no problems getting perfect alignment.

I can't tell any difference between the stock lexus lower control arms VSs the supra arms. The shop guy said that they looked the same to him.

Overall for $2100. I think it's worth it.It drives much better now and you just feel much more in control of the car.It handles very precise now. A sportier feeling suspension but still rides pretty smooth. A really tight feeling ride now.

the daizen sways definately change the feel of the car. I first upgraded to tein basics and the ride was nice and smooth. Then i upgraded to daizen sway bar bushings and boy did that make a difference. It felt alot stiffer. Some people may not like that though if they're trying to retain a luxury ride though. Also the coilovers will settle in and drop another .5-.75 inches or so. I hope you factored that in or else you'll have to raise them up a bit.

How long did the basics take to settle? I told the guy I just wanted to go an inch lower but to me it seems lower than that. It has only been about 24 hrs. since the install,do you think they have settled yet?
