Default clicking noise when turning

Anyone ever experienced "click click click.." sound when making a turn while driving about 30mph or more (also slight noise on straight driving)? It started happenning last week and it gets annoying I think its an axle but not sure. Power Steering is fine, just changed like a month ago.
any idea? how much to fix?
thx!!

the noise seems to be coming from the front area.
I just changed brand new brakes&tires a couple months ago.
I"ll probably take my car to local shop for diagnostic.
its time for me to change upper control arms, sway bar, spring/shock, upper mount .. and prolly this problem. $$$

thx

got the same noise and its irritating. Characteristic though of the spring shifting under a turning load. i though am replacing my suspension to TEIN coilovers and hope to get a better view and pass on what i find.
