I have the Axxis Metal Master with Brembo X-drilled rotors and Goodridge braided stainless steel brake lines on my GS400. Retains the soft OEM feel but with better grab with increased pedal pressure. No noise issue and minimal dust. Have been very happy with them during the past 3 months of use. Will see how they wear with time. My SC400 has the EBC greenstuff and those are quite satisfactory too

DetMich1 - thanks for the update - I'm getting MetalMasters installed all around on Saturday. I won't be sorry to see the dust from the Ultimates on the front go away!

Thumbs up

I had Axxis Ultimates with Rotora slotted rotors - they braked OK, but were too dusty and the SQUEAL at light braking drove me absolutely nuts, and people were looking at me like I was an absolute moron, esp. in a Lexus. Replaced them after 10K miles with the EBC Greenstuff (the V4 compound) - all problems gone, NO dust, NO squeal under any conditions, and awesome, smooth braking. I didn't have any luck with the previous EBC pads w/stock rotors, but this new set is the shizzle.
