It looks like your wheel bearings are throwing grease out. Check to see if your boots are torn

will check boots but perhaps it is brake fluid after bleeding (friend start bleeding without that small plastic pipe- so fluid spray everywhere). That could be wd-40 too because we have problem with screws that holding old calipers.
Now is winter there but soon must clean all under car too.
