Weird sound when I hit a hard dip or bump on the road???

Blown Tein CS Coilover.
I have the Tein CS lowered to the max. I have never had any issues with rubbing or ride quality. However for the past 2 weeks i have noticed somthing different when I hit a hard dip or bump on the road.
When I hit a hard bump or dip on the road my front drivers suspension makes a "bump" sound. It's hard to describe, but it sounds like when you hit a pot hole on the road that you didn't see going fast. I mean the car still rides great, it's only when I hit a light bump or something like train tracks. Of course I slow down, but it's things that are unavoidable on the road. The sound only somes from the front driver's side.
The same roads that I have been driving everyday before have never given sounds like this, but now they do. Any insight on what it could be? Thanks!!

I get a noise just like this from the rt front area whenever I go over a bump. I am careful when I drive and avoid potholes and manholes and things, but some things just cant be avoided. I also have the Tein CS and have checked everything. The coilover seems fine and no issues with the tires rubbing. I looked under the car and everything seems pretty tight. I noticed that the inner fender liner is kinda loose after I had the stock side skirts installed, so I hope that is it. Hopefully someone else will chime in who has a fix or possible cause to this noise

It's so weird. I went over a small speed bump going slow, it still did that bump noice. It seems like something loose.
I looked under my car today, and it looks like a liquid substance is on the axle or something that connects to the wheel???? Any ideas.

Just came from Luxury Motorworks and it looks like I have a blown Tein CS coilover!!!!!!! This is exactly what I did not need.
I got it from another member, therefore I don't have the original receipt. Will Tein warrenty it or should I just try to buy a replacement???
What should I do??????
