I was thinking of lowering my car but do not want to go crazy and lose my nice ride and i was looking around found the tein luxury springs work with factory shocks and maintain a good ride. Anyone here have them and how do you like them ???

so you are saying that someone here has it with stock shocks and ride fine? i can't give you any suggetion coz' i don't have them, and i always thought if you get springs for the gs you should replace the shocks as well coz' the stock shocks are so soft

Well no i know someone who has them setup that way and it seems to ride fine but i wanted some club info about that, and whats the best way to slightly lower the car but maintain its nice ride ???

Well I am sure they will ride fine, but that doesn't mean your stock shocks will hold up fine while using them.

I've never heard of these "luxury" springs.....what is the drop on them? Where did he get them?

that's what i am talking about. the ride i probably wont' worry much, it's just springs, and with stock shocks the ride is going to be good for sure

but the wear is what i worry about. last thing you want to have is spend 200 bucks to put on the springs, and then 1 yr later the shocks blew and you have to spend another 200 bucks to change the shocks

Well tein makes them but what suspension mods are good for a slight drop and a great ride ??? And whats the cost.........

the ride is very good from what i heard. ask neo about it, he had it ebfore and now coilover

and warranty? personally i don't care. unless the dealership can prove that the part you put in has direct effect on the defective parts, they have to provide warranty. meaning. say you put it on and you broke the abs sensors, you pay. but if you put on the springs shocks and the engine blows, they pay
