If you're ok with up to $1500 for parts then I'd get coilovers FIRST. It will make a WORLD of difference, and with Tein (CS/Flex, etc. I don't know SS) for example you can adjust ride height and damper stiffness.

If you still have too much body roll for your liking change out the sway bars. I wouldn't do sways first because having the floaty ride without body roll will be kinda weird.

Braces make a more subtle difference, but are cumulative and become important as you get more serious about handling (as well as eliminating any creaks that might show up because you've stiffened some other area).
