Default lower springs worth it-do you guys have alota problems?

My car seems to be well out of alignment, plus it sits lower in the front driver's side by over 1". Im frustrated due to it eating up a set of tires in less than a year. The shop cant get it back into spec without me first addressing the stance/springs of the car. Do the SC's have issues with being lowered and not being able to be aligned? Please help me out if you have experience with this. Im thinking of going back to the stock springs, but I feel as though a lowered car should be able to achieve proper alignment. Any suggestions or ideas?

How much did you lower your car? What suspension are you using right now? 1" seems like a pretty big difference in height for one corner of the car!?! Any wrecks? Any bushing problems? Daizen makes camber kits for our lowered cars that can get us back into alignment. Check out http://www.tmengineering.net/suspens...n/make/sc.html

Ive continued this discussion over in the suspension category-thanks for the respones. The car has Eibach lowering springs and I agreee it seems like a lot of difference, but that is what the tape measure reflected. I will look at that kit-hard to install??

I've got Espelir lowering springs on my Soarer, and although I've got some pretty mean negative camber it's always been even for the last year (that's how long I've had them fitted for).

I had the Eibach springs on my car awhile ago. It initially settled unevenly, mind you these springs were brand new and I'm about 220 lbs. After a year, I swapped the springs from left to right. After that they settled evenly and rode for another 1-2 years on them. Car was evened out. If you do that and the uneveness continues, you might want to check the spring assembly and even possbily control arm bushings.
