Default alignment specs?

i just recently installed tein ss and is dropped to the tire in the front and rear using tt wheels. i will be going to a alignment shop pretty soon and i dont want them to use oem specs cuz its not oem height. so does anyone here have any alignment specs for me to use?

I could make a suggestion, but I don't know how you drive, what speeds, what kind of roads etc.
I changed my setup from what I started with since I just drive on the highway, no turns, and the camber I thought I needed was just eating up the edges of the tread.
I wound up using 0 toe in front, 1/32 toe in rear, .4 degree camber in front, .75 in rear, stock caster or close to it.
