Rubber piece in upper strut

what is that round rubber piece that the spring sits in, in the upper strut called? mine is cracking and would like to replace them. Can you just buy the rubber ring?

I think its the upper strut mount. Is it the piece with the center bolt?

Upper strut mount, you can order it at your local Toyota dealer.

if the upper strut mount was to be faulty would that make any supsension noises?
