I'm confused about upgraded caliper clearance - how can I fit them?

Would my wheels fit? 17x9 +12 offset FN's.

I think your confused. 5Zigen FN01R-C come in 17x9 +15 and 17x10 +12
I ran 17x9 +15 and 17x10 +25 on my old s13.

They have awesome brake clearance you will have no problems clearing TT or LS400 brakes
