TRD sway bar installation - need help

Well, as you can see from the pictures, the stock bushing is rubber also. And it hasn't worn at all (32,000 miles on my car), so it does look like an item that wears much.
Failing getting them from TRD, it would need to be a custom made job. Bummer!
