Default Loose in 350Z Race Help !

I had a 350Z with Exhaust system mod pull up on me on the intersate tonight. We were doing about 60 mph and he kept accelatrating to get me to run. I backed down and turned my Overdrive off. We both got on it and up to 90 mph I pulled 2 cars on him the first time. The next time we hit it from about 70mph and I was right behind him in the same lane. I was all over his bumper and pulled past him in the other lane. My car is a 97 SC 400. With 93K miles.
I have The BFI air box mod with a K&N OEM Pod filter. I moddded exhaust with the 3rd middle Cat gone, A X Pipe true dual 2.25 piping with stock mufflers. I also adjusted the factory shift detent cable under the hood for more positive auto shifts.

Here's my question at about 90 miles MPH my car was not real stable. Its wandered with steering inputs and nose dove hard when I breaked hard. At 90 + MPH it was real loose. I am running TSW wheels 18 X 8.5 with Mitchlien Pilot Sport PS2's 245-40-18.

Don't want to turn my car into a hard riding supension and like the Lexus ride over bumps, Also don't have a large budget due to the fact that I am getting ready to Zex kit my car with MSD Digital 6 ingnition. What inexpence changes can I do to the supension to make it a little more stable but not hard riding ? Bushing ? Sway bar ? Supra components ? Cheap $ Thanks

What year is your car? You might need some front LCA bushings. I know my car does and the steering isn't strait at high speeds and it can wander a little bit. Does your steering wheel jerk from side to side going over small bumps?

What are LCA bushinging where do I get them ? Wanders at high speed. Jerk and pulls on straight high speed Steering wheel movements. Nose dives hard on the Breaks. Very bouncy and prone to pulls left and right..

Do some searches for LCA Lower Control Arm Bushings. These wear out and cause a uncomfortable ride (not necissarily bouncy) but loose steering and when going over bumps at slower spees the steering wheel wanders.
