Default Need some opinions on J.I.C. coilovers?

Just spoke to japtrix -a local shop down south from me on the Tein CS... my other option he said was jic coilovers? Just wondering how they were compared to the CS ie.....siff,comfort, etc.... I've decided to go coilover but just need to find out about Tein and the wait time to get them.... He's calling me back today to let me know the wait time and my other options..

Glad you are asking about these I saw them somewhere last night. I too am in the market for coil overs. Have you researched Tanabe coil overs? I see HKS also makes some but those are waaay out of my budget.

I think there are a few members here with the JIC coilovers. Try a search and see if anything comes up

i love the ride just to let you guys know... and the stiffness can be adjusted with a lot of significance... i actually drifted with my gs and boy, did the coilovers help tremendously.. my friend had cs teins and said there was so much body roll compared to my JIC's... also, if you set it to the softest setting, its pretty soft and almost to stock specs... you wont be disappointed imo...

I've heard the Tein CS is pretty comfy.

I've got the JIC MAGIC FLTA-2 and they are pretty stiff.
I push the car pretty hard in the curves and love those MAGIC coilovers

Thanks 3dog but I'm not quite sure what all thos numbers mean... Since I'm not aggressive and just cruise and such I think I'm going with Tein CS. I know if I get something else that I kick myself for not going with Tein... Besides I'm looking for about inch at most and with the 20's it should be a good drop... Now I just have to wait 3 to 4 weeks.... Apparently there on the next crate over here from Japan...

what's up guys I have to agree with Beez43 and 3dog. I just installed JIC Flt-a2 and they kick @$$!! Height adjustable without changing spring travel and 15 way adjustable shocks!! on soft setting they ride alittle stiffer than L-tuned. I havent tried it with stiffest settings yet cause roads around me are horrible so I'm alittle nervous. definitely worth it
