Talking Need some advice on Tein's

I'm looking to lower my car and do not plan on racing. Would the Tein Basic Damper Kit suffice as giving a relatively smooth ride or would I need the Tein Super Street Kit? Thanks for your help.

If you're looking for that Lexus ride, comfort of stock, but with a lot more performance handling gains, Tein CS is the one. The SS and Basic tend to ride much harsher than the rest. I love my Tein CS setup.

Good Luck!

READ: BASIC ... means it is a very basic demper , don't expect any smooth ride, what it does is BASICALLY lower the car. It is not just "stiff' or so, compared to the Tein higher end, these basic dempers just reacts slower to the road, thus absorb car movements much slower...

Super Street is is a much stiffer version of the BASIC ...

So Super Streets would give a worse ride than the basics?

it depends on what you call worse ... lol ... the advantage of getting the SS is that you can opt for the EDFC ... such that you can adjust the demping a little.

It seems the CS is the way to go. I have the Tien springs but want to do coilovers withouth spending an arm and leg. How much are the CS coilovers? Is there some that are better that are around 1K-1.5K?
