Default Supra TT spring issue

I installed a set of a supra TT oem springs and shocks on my car yesterday, the back is perfect were I want it. The front sits higher now or the back dropped noticeably more making it seem that the front is higher than the original height. Will installing eibach TT springs fix that?
They are on a 95 SC300 5spd.

Put them on backwards maybe? Front on back and back on front?

If it was backwards the back would have sat really high and front really slow, for the difference in spring rate. Since they were complete and assembled when I got them there is no way of mixing them up.

never seen that happen. though my eibach tt springs did settle funny on me my passenger side is maybe 1/4 in. slightly more than the driver side. i really like the driver side height but the passenger side i can fit one extra finger into the wheel well.

They wont fit on backwards. If theyre used, the rears might be sagging....In which case, some "new" aftermarket springs will help.

I think that's what happened to me. My rear sits 1.5-2.0 inches high in terms of fender gap (this is stock height and I'm using Eibach Pro-Kit for NA Supra). My front is slammed where I can't even slip a finger in there. Did it get put in wrong?

Whatever the case is, it's hella ugly looking!!

Oh, don't know, I thought I read somewhere on this forum that someone had his coilovers on backwards and the front was all the way down and was still high, whereas the back was easy to adjust to wanted ride height. Wasn't really sure that that could happen, when I lowered my rx-7 that wasn't possible, it just wouldn't fit, but I thought maybe it was different on the SC.

When installing the springs, which ones are fronts and which are rears? It's frustrating I can't find any info on google. There are a pair that are taller then the other pair. Are those the fronts? I wish Eibach came with some stupid instructions!

The taller pair should be the front, or normally thicker coils.

That's what we thought too; the taller ones should be the front. After seeing some pictures, it seems the REAR are the taller ones. Eibach uses linear for the front and progressive for the rear in terms of the coils. It is contray to what everyone else does. So I think that's where we went wrong. I put the taller coils, where it went from big coils to small coils (top to botton) on the front. Big mistake since front are linear where the coil shape should be consistent throughout.

Sigh, freaking long day and I have to go at it again tomorrow. Right now my car is slammed like no other. I'm assuming the spring rate is not strong enough to support the weight of the engine. I looked under my car and saw that my oil pan is less then one inch from the ground.

I got to get this fixed fast.

The front springs will have a thicker wire diameter. The car will only be about a half an inch lower than stock, and may be slightly more in the rear with the Supra springs.
I doubt that the springs have sagged.

I just noticed that I think the Supra shocks are missing the "insulator" ( i think thats what its called). Its the piece shown at the top of the spring in the pic below. Since I am using SC pillow mounts, is it possible this piece is not there??? Also what would be some of the effects of this not being there???
