I told them that they had lost their minds. Fuhgehdaboutit.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find another shop I trust, because I know this is an intensive job, and it needs to be installed correctly the first time, because re-doing it would be a bear.
So, the search for someone I trust continues.
I'll check with Mo at SRT. He must have some recommendations for me.

is there any way of persuading daizen to do some sort of core exchange program where they can send us control arms with the bushings installed by them and we send ours back?

hello everyone.
i just got done with the bushing install. no more vibrations at any speeds!!! major improvement as described by other members so i wont get into it. the whole job took about half a day on and off...this is not your typical DIY job since most of us do not have the tools to do it. it is a must that you have a press or else i do not see any other way you can press the big bushing in. an air chisel was used to take out all the old bushings and this is the most time consuming part other than taking the LCAs and the UCAs out.
for those of you who can afford down time from the car....about a week or less....i can see if i can get those bushings out and pressed in for you. of course you will have to mail me your LCAs and UCAs then all you have to do then is reinstall them back onto your car. pm me if youre interested and we can make a deal.

-Just wanted to give Todd at TM Engineering a nod for installing the Daizen bushings and the L-tuned suspension for me on Monday. I knew the bushings would be labor intensive.....but jeeez! He broke one of his specially-made tools trying to get the stock ones out. I'm still evaluating the new set-up, but I can already say it's a vast improvement over stock! Steering feels tighter and the high-speed floatiness is gone.
