Tire Rubbing inside fender?

I would lose them, but wouldnt there be chances of lots of water and dirt getting into engine bay thru there?

Really? Wow. Never knew that!

It's an expense AND a task that he doesn't need. His lining is simply hanging down, rolling/pulling fenders has NOTHING to do with his issue.

Chinx, don't trash that fender liner, and be wary of anyone telling you to remove and discard things from your car. It was engineered and placed there for a reason, protection. Just use some zip ties like Tim suggested and you should be good to go

Agreed! Without the fender liner you will expose wiring harnesses for the airbag and other associated electronics. With the liner gone, if you bottom out, you'll rip that wiring right out!!! There's quite a few posts about this. Including one by no2faber. He and I had to stop more than once on the way home from TLW's BBQ to reattach his liner when it was falling. His became loose after bottoming out as well.
