Both will give your GS a marked improvement. I would recommend doing BOTH. Also get the TRD Lower Chassis Brace (LCB). It's only $170...furthur reduces flex.

As for the STB, I don't know who makes one for the NA GS300...

Hmmm, maybe I'll just make one...any buyers? I'd probably have to have at least 10 made to make it cost effective...

Anyone interested?

Thumbs up 1 Vote For Sways

Silver - While I agree with Manaray & have both mods, I found the sways to have the more dramatic effect on the handling. I have the Intrax bars ( sold by RMM ) & am pleased with them, but I understand that the TRD bars R beefier. Not sure if those R adjustable like the RMM bars though, & I like being able to tune my suspension to MY driving style ( oversteer ) & not some technique that a safety engineer decided was best for me ( read - understeer ). FWIW - both the STB & chassis brace tightened things up somewhat - believe that I saw a brace for sale in the Classifieds. Good luck!

Both are substantially better than stock if "Handling" is important to you. But try the strut tower bar first, you may decide that's enough.

The TRD Sways make a huge difference at the cost of a stiffer ride. They pretty much take out any body roll. The STB and LCB work well together making the steering much quicker. If money is a big issue, the STB alone makes a noticeable difference in the response of the steering. But all together, it feels like a different car!

Thumbs up Steve, Again!!

Silver - Once again we steer everyone toward Steve Ganz at Carson Toyota. Best form of contact is via E-beam: gonzo4u@earthlink.net or 1-800-908-6969 x2381. He's also around here somewhere hiding under the name SUPRATRD. He'll work ya up the best possible pricing on TRD equipment. If U want to try any RMM parts, might try my salesman Craig Miller @ 1-714-847-2158 & tell him that Gene from Louisiana sent ya. Good luck with the mods!
