1 set of 2000 LS front calipers from Aliga ($200) pads included
1 set of front/rear drilled rotors from 88rotors.com ($160). Yes, I changed them all to drilled...not just the fronts. And these are brand new rotors, not resurfaced or what have you.
1 can black caliper paint ($7) enough to paint all calipers and rotor hats.
1 set of silver "Lexus" hi-temp caliper stickers ($20)
2 bottles of brake fluid (Yes, you will need this...$10)
So the project cost me about $400 and was well worth it. I wouldn't have cut corners on anything I did.

They let you return a different caliper? I always thought a core would be for the same part. 4 pot caliper for 4 pot caliper not 4 pot caliper for 2 pot caliper

Some people have raised moral objections to this method, as you are "scamming" AZ, but on a previous car of mine there was a similar brake upgrade and people raised similar moral questions about returning different cores. Luckily, there was a member who was actually in the parts remanufactoring business, and he said that so long as what they get back is a good, rebuildable core, a core is a core. Obviously if everyone returned different cores they would have no LS400 calipers to rebuild, but he said on a small scale like what likely goes on, the parts company doesn't care either way, they still make their money.

Thats only a total of $137.98, and all I have left to buy are pads.... talk about bang for your buck, these babies are huge!

Supra calipers are only $5 more compared to LS calipers. But you cant polish metal like u can the aluminum And yes here in FL they are $45.99 plus tax and $25 core charge. You can return anything as a core.
