This is a difficult poll unless someone has owned both of them on the same car.
That said I have.
Search for my impressions on the two as it is lengthy to repeat.
Currently the PSS are on the SC430 and thus far I am very happy but will know more once the alignment is completed.

What's the reason why you hated it?
I own Flex Coils and i don't like them too?
I'm just wondering if you have same issues as me?

Can PSS slam the ride?

I have the Tein Flex coilovers installed and I like them, however I have driven in vehicles equipped with Tein CS and I must say I love them!
They are quiet and not as noisy from the inside of the car as the Flex. They allow you to drop your car as low as the Flex and provide you with the comfort of luxury as well!
If I had to do it all over again, I would get the Tein CS!

Flex def. go lower than CS. From personal experience, the Flex WILL get noisy over time. The Flex are stiffer than the CS and may handle a little more on the sporty side. If you want a car that rides like a BMW then go with the CS. They are not too stiff for daily driving and they don't make any noise, unlike the Flex. Personally I like the CS, I could go for a little bit less body roll but that can be fixed with sway bars easily and you won't lose your nice ride.
