This is a difficult poll unless someone has owned both of them on the same car.
That said I have.
Search for my impressions on the two as it is lengthy to repeat.
Currently the PSS are on the SC430 and thus far I am very happy but will know more once the alignment is completed.

Yup. Even HA vs Flex vs CS cannot be lumped into one. They have different characteristics. I do know that Henry has had all 3 and I've had 2 of them.

Tein CS at the lowest setting....is about 1 finger gap on 19s....if you want lower...then the other Teins may do that for you.

Can PSS slam the ride?

The max on the PSS is no finger gap cranked all the way down. But, the car will not be slammed to the ground.

On my PSS, I have a finger gap upfront, and the rear has no gap...but Im on 19 x 8.5, so they are for the most part tucked. I believe I can go lower upfront, but I havent had the time to try, and the folks that installed them put it that way.

yes they will work on the GS430, try shox.com (call rather than internet order and sometimes you can talk them down) or I'd also recommend going to TM Engineering (one of our forum sponsors) who carry Bilstein stuff and see what they can do. You can click on the 'advertisers index' just below the banner ad if you don't know how to get in touch with them.

Default Teins!

I have the Tein Flex coilovers installed and I like them, however I have driven in vehicles equipped with Tein CS and I must say I love them! They are quiet and not as noisy from the inside of the car as the Flex. They allow you to drop your car as low as the Flex and provide you with the comfort of luxury as well! If I had to do it all over again, I would get the Tein CS!

The CS does not provide as much of a drop as the Flex.

Flex def. go lower than CS. From personal experience, the Flex WILL get noisy over time. The Flex are stiffer than the CS and may handle a little more on the sporty side. If you want a car that rides like a BMW then go with the CS. They are not too stiff for daily driving and they don't make any noise, unlike the Flex. Personally I like the CS, I could go for a little bit less body roll but that can be fixed with sway bars easily and you won't lose your nice ride.
