Car bottoms out left and right

So, everytime I drive up any sort of sudden incline or similar my car bottoms out. The front suspension just keeps compressing. I'm not sure if my struts are blown, but I was wondering if that was normal or what exactly is going on.

Well, if the car is stock, it does not sound normal to me.
