The radar is impressive - especially the way the dots fade, very nice! I took a look at your "roads" applet...probably need a few more thousand squares for it to be accurate

How about the BitSlapper avatar

Bit: Hehehe...talking to yourself is OK, but when you start POSTING to yourself, you gotta wonder!

Unemployed eh? Join the club! But I've been unemployed for several months! God I LOVE IT! Not working RULES!

So how's the handling with your new STB?

Another way to clean up your install is to get that stuff to edge your car doors with (so you don't chip the paint or whatever)...you can get it in black (or chrome if think you're a drug dealer) and just cut a NICE ROUND hole around the bracket and then take the edge lining stuff and just insert it...there are also some rubber "gaskets" that would do the same kinda thing and they're already pre-shaped for you.

Hey Bob... I have never quite understood the quest to make all the lights clear, brightest white, etc. I have the HIDs though, which I love, but don't intend to change my amber fogs to white, or my side markers, etc.

My car's silver, and I like a bit of contrast, and white/clear everywhere wouldn't do it for me.

Thumbs up You do nice work

Bit,

Nice work. Nice, clean installation.

Got the feeling as I read through the thread that you were feeling a bit out on the skinny branches during this process. Nice to see you worked your way through it and did such a professional looking job. Obviously, problem solving is one of your strong points.

Maybe you can pick up a few $$ doing custom high-end suspension installs.

Next you gotta tell us how different the GS feels with it installed.

Enjoy your toy!!

You're right, my roads simulation is not really finished, but I enjoyed writing it. Each dot is actually running on it's own thread!

Love the bitslapper avatar - won't be using it though now that I'm taking the pills. j/k.

Thanks. I'm NOT very good mechanically - I almost always end up cursing and sweating and taking more time than I should doing these kind of things!

Will add some comments once I drive it. I've been a hermit today... was supposed to meet someone for lunch but he cancelled... hopefully tomorrow.

That reminds me, here is a refill for the medication. I think it was called "SimmaDownNow!"

ROFL! That's great.

I think the medical name though is Zymadanna!

I hope you make money from your artistic skills!
