Install Ltuned shock and spring about three weeks ago, everything looks great. Just did a alignment yesterday at Longo Lexus, after picking up the car notice on the back of the passager side wheel gap lift about half inch higher, so when I compare both side of the wheel gap, one side is higher than the other, is this normal? will alignment cause this to happen?

talk to service manager at Longo, he can't give me a answer, he just says alignment won't creat this problem, and he want to charge me $450 for checking the shock and spring installation, but he won't guarantee this will solve the problem.

Can anyone help me on this, please

Did you get the springs/shocks installed at the dealer? If so, they should fix it no cost. If not, go back to the shop where they were installed.

That is total BS that he wants to charge you more $$$. You should tell him that you freakin just spend an arm and a leg on l-tuned + installation + alignment and because of you guys I got an uneven car

Have you tried to talk to Perry R. from Longo. He is definitely the man that you want to talk to when comes to modified GS problem. He has a very good knowledge with L-Tuned and any other aftermarket products for the Lexus.
