Let me help you out a bit here man....

How do you cut a 1/4 coil? it's either one coil, 2 coils, etc. You cannot cut 1/2, 1/4, or 3/4 coils. When someone does cut coils (which I wouldn't do), you should always cut exactly where it would sit in the upper perch or "hat" If you cut a 1/4 coil, it will never seat right.
I wouldn't run ANY coils that are cut. Once a coil spring is cut, the spring rate is altered and usually the ride suffers greatly.

i wouldnt run cut springs either. maybe buy just the shock and get some other springs?
I don't think any thing with the word "cut" and "springs" together is worth a dime.
well according to you, that answers your question.

Well, I guess you guys answered my question....... lol
but wait, you didnt get the point.

So do you think $250 for the cut Tanabe springs and Tokicos is alright? They are both a year old.
oh nevermind, you got it afterall.

wow, ok...... I guess it really messes with the ride when you cut the springs.

whoaaa those are cut? You are better off getting springs that are uncut. I have the same gap with my Espelir ASDs.
