Default Daizen camber bushings?

How do they work exactly?

I understand the lower control arms have factory eccentric bolts that allow for some camber adjustment.

No. The Daizen Camber Kit replaces the UPPER control arm bushings. The hole in the bushings is off-center, so depending on how you install the bushings you can get up to 2 degrees of camber adjustment. The camber kit essentially makes the upper control arm a little longer thus pushing the top of the wheel out (away from the car). When our cars are lowered, the top of the wheels get pushed in (towards the car). Instructions are included with the camber kit.

Hope this helps.

thanks that does help. I am aware they replace the bushings in the upper arms. I'm actually going to be using them to provide more neg camber.

Can you still spin the bushings when you go for an alignment to make adjustments?

can't spin the bushings, they are press in, so to change their positions, you would essentially have to remove and reinstall them.

thats what I was afraid off.

So if you want to correct neg camber, you press them in so that you have more positive camber then fine tune your alignment the with the factory bolts on the lower control arms ?

That is a really poor design imo.

yea that's the only way. when i went to get my suspension tuned, i asked if they could rotate the camber kit so that i could max out the bottom and have the top being the adjustable portion (i wanted the top to tuck in more so because of rubbing issuse). the tech saw it was a press in and the only way is to remove and reinstall, trial and error until the alignment is right on spec, but this would take a lot of time and since labor = $, i opted against it and ended up shaving/pullin my fenders instead.

That is my situation as well. I am worried about rubbing and I want to be able to fine tune it. I will have to decide which position to install them in when the time comes. Man that labour bill would add up quickly lol

Thanks again!
