i'm running a 295 on a 10.5 inch wheel with a 30mm offset and i rolled the fender some, but not much.
a 10" wheel with a 22mm offset will stick out 2mm more than my 10.5 +30s

Are you running negative camber to push the tops of the wheels in to fit?

I have 18x10 +21 in the rear with 235s. Fits nicely but you'll have to roll the fender and have some natural negative camber after you lower your car. I got an alignment back to stock so it slightly rubs. I saw 18x10 +18 with 255's this pass weekend. Looks awesome!

It will fit for sure just not sure about those tires.
I run a +18 on 10" on my rears and rubbed alot. After rolling the fenders I dont get any rub unless I have teh car full of people and take a turn really hard.
Ohh I have 245 mildly stretched over my 10 wheel btw

19x10 +29 with a 245 tire on it and slightly rolled rears work perfect!!
That's what I just did on mine, switched from a 265 down to a 245...mild stretch...
Now, I think +22 would require a really good roll and maybe a pull as well to give you some more room with a 245 tire.
Also 18x9 +22 I think you should stretch a 225 on there with rolled front and you should be ok!
I'll be experimenting and putting a 15mm spacer on my front making it a 19x8.5 +15 and a 225 tire, I'll post results when its done.
