Default tein flex dampener setting question

hey guys i got my coilovers all done and installed that i bought from tturbopimp. i was woundering i have a gs3 and i daily drive it on ****ty bumpy roads. and id like 2 ask witch dampening setting would b the best for reagular road conditions for the front and back?? please let me know some thoughts so i can stop my car from being like a raft bouncing in and out of water. ahah thanks guys

put it on the soft side, maybe 6 in the rear and 4 in the front, both from the softest end.

i wouldn't go too soft, the car will start to rebounce pretty weird
