I haven't seen anybody post about these coilovers so I thought I would. I just ordered a set of these coilovers and they are the best priced coilovers that I have found. If anyone wants more info on them just goto www.adrwheels.com and look under NEX and look for the TYPE SR coilovers. I'll let everybody know how they compare to H&R springs as soon as I get them installed in a week.

Yeah I put them in. They ride pretty nice. Not bouncy a little on the stiff side, but can't agrue cuz I got them at a pretty good price.

There was an article in the Feburary Supersteet that talked about coilovers. Basicly there are two types. One of them isn't a 'true' coilover, and thus it's cheaper. The true coilovers run at their COST $1500. Their typical MSRP is $3000. So their great discount price is going to be around $2000. That means that the factory makes a bit... like 300 + or -, then the retailer has to make some money so 400-500. Oh and don't be fooled by group buys, the guy who is selling the product is still going to make a tidy profit from the sale.

I agree with Christobol. If you're going to go get a set of coilovers, you need to be sure you're getting a quality set. I've seen too many coilover selling below the cost of producing a real set. A lot of coilovers use cheap valving, springs and another poor componets. Also one thing that a lot of manufactures like to do, is offer a lot of adjustability on their lower end coilovers in order to give the illusion that you're getting a professional set of coilovers. Tein does this as do a number of other manufactures out there.
