Default TEIN CS w/EDFC Install Pics

What’s up gang?

I will be receiving my TEIN CS w/ EDFC shortly. I am trying to get a better vision on where the EDFC "Dampening Control" will reside with in the cockpit:

Can anyone share some ideas or pictures on where they have theirs set up in their car?

I haven't done this (still L-Tuned S/S), but I have often thought (fantasized) about where I would put my EDFC. It's not something that needs to be changed often enough that it must be visible or even easily reached from the driver's seat.

My votes:
-Center console: easily accessible but out of the way.
-Glove box: again, easy enough to get to for changes, but hidden from view and out of the way.

It depends how you plan to use it. I use mine often enough that I would definitely need it within arm's length and easily accessible.

I don't have a final location for mine yet. It is just temporarily (for over a year ) under the steering column.

Default Arms Length

Thanks for the info guys.

I would definitely need it within arm's length. I just hate to cut into the dash. Hmmmm . It will come to me. I am thinking somewhere around th arm rest.

Goto this link : http://www.tein.com/edfc.html. All the answers are there.

"EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force by controlling a motor installed in the shock absorber while being seated in the driver's seat. Since the damping force can be manually controlled with ease to meet different situations, the driver can enjoy variations in the suspension setting. "

Best of luck
