Hi SaddleLex!

Can you give your feedback on the Cusco Type II Lower Arm Bar? Does it make any difference in handling?

Thanks!

Default Difference in Steering Only

I felt a slight difference in steering. Nothing dramatic. But I also installed Coilovers (TIEN CS) a week later. It's an easy install & it bolted right on. It should take roughly 30 minutes for the complete install. I believe I took some pics. Let me know if you are interested.

yes, post pics please. I am still having trouble figuring out where this goes and whether it replaces the stock/Toms front lower brace or adds a new brace where there was none before.

thanks!

one thread on here said that one of the tom's braces doesn't even fit right, you had to add washers or something... is this Cusco bar a better fit?

That was only for the 400/430 since the tranny is slightly different shape. For a GS300 it fits fine.

according to saddlelex's signature line, he has a GS300 so this should answer your question.

saddlelex, can you post some pics and perhaps more info on the handling with the tein cs?
