One easy 40 mile drive and the front wheels are coated with brake dust.......just like my annoying Mercedes did.

I love the brakes. I drove my dads '01 LS430 last night, after getting accostumed to the IS350 brakes I ended up very nearly overshooting the first couple stop signs I came to.

ha ha, the same thing happened to me when I was given a ES330 loaner car. I almost went through the stop sign. I couldn't believe the difference in the brakes and now that I am back in my IS, I appreciate the brakes even more. We will see how much I like the brakes when the first service on the brakes comes due!!!

My 330's brakes are super dusty and a PITA to keep the wheels clean. I'm lazy,m so I only do the wheels every few washes......it takes probable 5 min a wheel to get it clean.....they are the 20-ish spoke stock wheels......
What I found helped was waxing the wheels.......To do it right, you have to take the wheel off. But, this wheel make cleaning much easier in the long run.

the brake dust build up on mine isn't THAT bad, at least not when comparing
it to my old BMW 330cic... i tried using that brake dust repellent by Michilin..
It seems to be almost useless.. if it does repell any bake dust, it probably
repells only about 10% of it

I have to wash my car every week because of those damm brake pads, my car is garage kept, it doesn't even need too be cleaned every week. I'm using meguires wheel cleaner for the inside of the rim that i can't reach, this stuff works great and safe on all wheels.
